RLM & Associates, LLC was founded by Randy L. Mayo, a Registered Professional Engineer with 40+ years engineering design and inspection experience.
Mr. Mayo received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and M.S. degree in Structural Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. In 1994, he founded the company to incorporate engineering principles in solving serious residential problems.
